God is the one who must equip and work in lives, yours and the lives of your fellow believers. Growth in Christ can only be done as God equips and gives grace. Pray for God to work in your brothers and sisters lives to equip them for every good thing to do his will, and for all that is pleasing in His sight and for His glory.
