God knows all about us. Concerns affect us all differently. Likewise, Jesus knew the concerns in his disciples' hearts as he told them that he was going away. So he encouraged their hearts with the promise of joy, the comfort of answered prayer, the assurance of the Father's love, and the fact that he had overcome the world. God also offers us the same encouragement as we face bewildering times.
